By creating an account or accessing MyAiStudio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.
2. Permitted Use & Ownership
You retain full commercial and non-commercial rights to all videos, images, and creative media generated through your active subscription credits, subject to applicable AI model licenses and safety standards.
3. Subscriptions & Credits
Credits allocated under Pro and Ultra plans remain active during your monthly subscription term. Unused credits expire upon billing cycle conclusion unless renewed.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not generate illegal, defamatory, harmful, or copyright-infringing material. Violating content safety guidelines results in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, generation queue times may vary depending on upstream cloud GPU load. We provide active status updates via our support channels.
